Ingredients
- 1 large broccoli
- 1 onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1.5 liter vegetable stock
- Bacon cubes
- Black pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley
- Edible flowers, preferably white flowers in combination with green leaves.
Preparation

Finely chop the onion and garlic.
- Heat some olive oil in a large soup pot over medium heat. Sauté the onion and garlic.
- Cut the broccoli into florets. Add the broccoli to the pan and fry briefly with the onion and garlic.
- Pour the vegetable stock into the pan and bring to a boil. Simmer until the broccoli is tender, about 15-20 minutes.
- Use a hand blender to puree the soup until smooth.
- Fry the bacon cubes in a frying pan until well done. Add the fried bacon cubes to the soup.
- Season the soup with black pepper.
- Serve the soup garnished with fresh parsley and edible flowers.
