There are 4-6 roses in a package. This depends on the
size of the roses.
Taste
The taste of roses is subtle and floral.
Usage
The roses look beautiful on a (wedding) cake or a cocktail.
Tip : Handle freeze-dried flowers with care. The freeze-drying process makes them somewhat brittle, which can cause the flowers to break.
Because the roses are crispy, the rose petals cannot be removed separately. We offer loose freeze-dried rose petals separately.
Storage advice / Shelf life
The freeze-dried flowers are packed airtight. When opening the packaging, the shelf life can be reduced, because the flowers are then exposed to air and moisture. It is important to close the container of flowers as soon as possible after opening and store it in a dark place (pantry will do).
If the freeze-dried edible flowers are stored properly, freeze-dried flowers can still be kept for several months to a year after opening. Color and flavor may diminish somewhat over time.
